Arm Stretches for Throwing

We keep our J Bands inside, so when we are outside, we do a basic stretching routine to get our arms ready to throw the baseball.  

Our stretching program for the arms consists of an arm circle program and some rotator cuff stretches.  We also have a throwing program that helps us get our arms ready to throw hard.
